The Challenge...

Today I am going to challenge you to something...
Something that will draw you closer to your pet...
Something that will allow you to spend more time outside...
So...
What do you have to lose?
Here is the challenge...


Our pets are begging us to play with them, to love them, to learn from them.
So, starting on Saturday (May 24th) I am going to spend twenty minutes a day with my animals. I'm going to do this every day until the first Saturday of June (June 7th). I would be absolutely thrilled if you would join me in this. I know that on some days, it just won't be possible, but if you would just do your best, that's more than enough. Even if excepting this challenge means you miss a couple of your favorite TV shows, that's okay. Don't you think fresh air would be better?

I'm going to do this too! It might even become a habit. If you have more than one pet, divide the time evenly between them. I have a dog and a cat, so I'll spend ten minutes with each of them.

Sugar gliders...

Have you ever heard of a sugar glider? Well, the other day I went to a monthly event called First Monday Trade Days, and they were selling sugar gliders... for one hundred sixty dollars! Don't worry- I didn't get one!

She LOVES the trampoline. When I am jumping, she will climb the little ladder and hop on.

Sweet but shy, Autumn will really check you out before deciding to let you pet her. But when she does, it's worth the wait!                                            

                                   She is sooo smart! She actually respondes to 'Kitty', which is her nickname.

       She's such a cutie! (C'mon, does anyone agree with me? Tell me on comments!)

                                               She is also so fast! I could barely get these pictures of her!
